Dodee is a  Natural Lifestyle Enthusiast and to her writing is sensual, experiential and grounding.  It connects her to a soulful place of fulfillment.

Her journey is giving her great  “innerstanding” of what it means to live on purpose.  And how a calm mind, clean body and peaceful spirit allow one to  be a humble channel for the creative life energy to flow.

She has studied with one of the few Traditional Shaman Elder’s left on this Earth in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri.

Dodee has studied the health and wellness field for over 10 years of her life. She first embodied a raw vegan lifestyle at the age of 23.  She now continues to learn and grow on what foods best connect with her body, mind and soul.

She has found that cellular communication  self acceptance, love and forgiveness are the best “foods” we can give ourselves. Our environment also is a key factor in our cellular integrity (air, water etc..).  Then on a physical level; body movement,  local, wild foods, herbs and medicinal plants are highly nourishing to the entire being.  Some of her fondest teachers and mentors along the way have been, David Wolfe, Lou Corona, Markus Rothkranz,  Shaman Maggie Wahls, Donna Gates,  Truth Caulkins, Louise Haye & Dr. Bob Marshall.

With a deep passion and commitment to a Natural Nutrient Dense lifestyle she believes we can have nutrient dense relationships, experiences, careers, foods & worlds.   We nourish our brains, hearts and bodies on a cellular level  when we follow our highest paths and live authentically in the world.

It is with great intent she lives an enthusiastic, creative & authentic life on purpose offering her gifts to the world.  Self Love & Radical Forgiveness have been the true keys to walking her highest path.
