How to Fly Like a Jedi.

Okay so you are headed on a flight and you are wondering how to best protect yourself from the stressor’s of flying.  A high vibrational cellular environment is crucial to maintaining harmony in our human biofield at all times.  As most of us know flying comes with its cellular challenges and this post is here to provide practical solutions. This post is intended for you to look and feel your best  before, during and after travel.

When we fly we are literally exposing ourselves to radiation not only from the flight but also from the airport scanners, thousands of cellphones, computers and the like in and around our bio field.  Our body also becomes more easily dehydrated when flying as well as not being in a grounded state near the earth’s field. Without fresh air on the plane and being surrounded by lots of people we are exposed to more bacteria and germs.  So what is a super hero flying genius to do?

For starters we want to start preparing for our flight well in advance. Let’s make a list 1 week ahead of time of all the things we will bring on our trip.  Let’s also figure out if we will be checking luggage or not. If we are checking our luggage it makes it easier to handle all the restrictions with what is aloud in our bags.  I like to opt for checking a bag  even though it costs a bit it cuts down on the stress!

Next we want to prepare our bodies at least a week in advance for the extra radiation we will be exposed to via the airport scanners and airplane. We can do this by taking in high doses of sea vegetables, green tea extract, and broken cell wall chlorella. These three things will be foundational to support our thyroid and organ/gland system. With the body thoroughly saturated in live source iodine & other key nutrients the radiation can reflect off of us.

Another key is to maintain proper hydration before, during and after the flight.  I believe you can take prepard shakes and juices on the plane, especially if you have small children. I suggest before the flight making sure you are well hydrated with quality water and green vegetable juices.  This will keep us alkaline and give us an edge while flying. Airplane food is other than the best ever. Sometimes just fasting for the duration of the flight is the best thing to do. You can even pack a green juice for the flight and my suggestion is to put a bottle or two of spring water in your checked suit case so you have quality water upon landing. Get on the earth as soon as you can after landing to reconnect to the earth and harmonize the biofield.

If you have a challenge sleeping on planes, do your best to take adaptogenic herbs and those that calm the nervous system like chamomile or valerian root. You might try a high quality melatonin supplement so that you can get some quality sleep. Using an organic eye covering during flight will also help your body produce healthy levels of melatonin naturally.

Next we want to talk about the airport scanners.  What are other ways we can create solutions to the exposure of radiation?  For starters we can carry a piece of tektite in our pocket. This particular rock will absorb the negative energy from the surroundings and leave our biofield strong and healthy.  We can also opt for the pat down instead of putting the body through another scanner. Often these scanners can embed into different organs in the body. This causes the organ or gland to go weak. You can remove the embedment with a low level laser if this happens. As far as your luggage is concerned a great idea is to put a small pyramid like a pyramidian in with your luggage. Another idea is to use hemapro nuggets and place them in the four corners of the suitcase.  Another solution is to get yourself a AAA battery and cut a line on the top and bottom of the battery. All of these objects create a protective field. I like to protect my belongings with one or more of these methods  b/c often I bring my mudpacking kit, supplements and superfoods with me wherever I go. This ensures they are protected. You can always take a laser upon arriving at your destination and point it at each object in the suitcase.

My best solution for those jedi’s who want to fly in style and let go of all the stressor’s would be to travel by private jet. TWC Avation is a  great company and is one of the largest in fact. They are changing their name to Earth Air.

How to Have a Healthy Pregnancy.

Birthing a child is a sacred journey & doing it with noble intentions  is a wonderful gift to give a child.

In this blog we will go over some things that could benefit the child and mother in the time prior to conception as well as during pregnancy.

If you plan enough a head of time you can work to clean the body out and rebuild healthy tissues and intestinal flora. A way to approach this would be a year or so before having a child utilizing the techniques shared here in the backyard blog.  Some of these cleansing and rebuilding techniques are:

  • Meditate and create a powerful purified state of being.
  • A Guided Green Vegetable Juice & Water Fast
  • Probiotic supplementation coupled with Cultured Foods
  • Flush and Cleanse the Bowels & Liver/Gallbladder respectively.
  • Detoxing heavy metal load thru zeolite and the cleanse shared within the blog
  • Shifting the diet to a high living plant based lifestyle with discernment
  • Adding in Wild foods and/or Superfoods to produce a thriving environment.

These are just a few ideas, reviewing the blog posts and going with your own guided intuition is best.

How you choose to birth your child is up to you. I have friends that birthed their children at home in the bath tub, with dolphins in Hawaii and in a hospital setting. Whatever you choose is perfect.

Although I have not had any children my intention is to one day do so and so this information is what I have gathered from some of the best sources I could find.

So, lets talk about the ideal internal environment. As soon as a child is conceived that child can hear and feel our thoughts and actions. It listens to your words and so things are brought into he/she’s consciousness in the womb. Belief’s are actually implanted into the child’s consciousness at this time whether negative or positive. So just being aware of this and doing your best will be of crucial importance. In the work I do with emotional repolarization often I find people’s negative belief’s stem back to the womb and even from past lives. The good news is it can be repolarized.

Next lets take a look at ways to keep the body healthy through out the pregnancy. Checking the first morning’s urine PH is foundational. Keeping this in the 6.4-7.0 range will be crucial to ensure a thriving baseline.  Next we want to make sure our water intake is abundant. So, if you are not already consuming 1/2 your body weight in ounces then work your way up weekly by adding a bit more in each day.  If this is not done gradually you will just being urinating frequently instead of absorbing the water.  Drinking plenty of high quality water will create a healthier and easier pregnancy.

Some women go through morning sickness. If a woman has ever been on birth control the body loses its ability to create Vitamin B6. This causes the bile salts to lose suspension in the gallbladder.  Even if they have only been on birth control for a month it causes a vitamin B6 dependency.  Supplementing with the end form chain of B6 will cause wonders for morning sickness.

Something else that can assist the body with nausea  is addressing the imbalance within the adrenal & spleen power chain. As the spleen makes cells for the baby it requires nutrition support. Something that often remedies this is adding about 4 soaked and sprouted brazil nuts into the livity (opposite of DIEt). What I have seen is that this essentially turns the adrenal points on helping to even out symptoms of morning sickness.  Things that will fry the adrenals are caffeinated drinks of any kind, when caffeine is removed magnesium levels are often restored although stress can contribute to magnesium deficiency as well.

Another key note is to make sure the body can uptake iron & tyrosine in its absorbable form. These nutrients are crucial for the baby and mother. How do we do this? One thing is if the body has ever been exposed to white flour or sugar often times rock forms of iron have begun to build up on the liver.  When this happens it makes it challenging to uptake real iron from foods. Here we would start eating about 4-6 soaked unsulphured organic apricots per day. Essentially the idea is that the apricots are like antagonists to the rock iron removing it from the body to make room for natural iron. Obviously removing the cause goes with out saying.  Eating apricots for about 6-12 weeks prior to pregnancy is best and if this doesn’t work some type of adrenal support herbs would be best. The adrenals require a good quality pink salt daily, so enjoy it on your foods.

Beyond this getting adequate amounts of essential fatty acids from quality fats such as avocado, coconut oil, ice pressed olive oil and a plant based supplement of DHA will ensure the child does not have ear challenges & keeps stretch marks at bay for the mother & is foundational for a growing fetus.

In order to get the right minerals a good form of coral calcium or a powerful superfood greens mix will do the trick here.  This coupled with end chain B vitamins especially folic acid  are crucial for DNA & RNA synthesis.

A quality Multi-vitamin from live sourced nutrients is a must and live source iodine supplementation is a staple whether or not a woman is pregnant or not. This keeps the thyroid, breasts & uterus strong and healthy.

For the best nutrient rich mother’s milk enjoy a clean, high quality nutritional yeast.  2-4 tablespoons a day will produce an abundant supply of mother’s milk that is nutrient dense. This will give the baby true satiety.  Dr. Marshall did this with his own kids and the results were that the kids slept straight through their first night and there after!

Other side notes about lifestyle would be that if you are still wearing underwire bras transition out of them. This cuts off circulation and lymph drainage.  Switch to undershirts, cloth only bra or if that is not an option go with plastic instead of wire.

Getting quality cellular movement is a great thing for keeping the health of the body during pregnancy.  Enjoy a massage, a bath and plenty of grounding to the earth.

How to Do a Heavy Metal Detox

This heavy metal protocol is one that I have implemented into my own health strategy.  Always consulting with your own Health Practitioner is best.  This protocol would best be for someone that is generally healthy, has had all amalgam fillings removed properly and is not experiencing extreme heavy metal toxicity. Otherwise, you would want to go slower and more gentle because the body can only take a certain amount of stress from the detox. On that same note getting your heavy metal levels checked would be your first step to gathering the valuable information required to see where you are at. Ways to do this would be through Hair, Blood and Urine Analysis. There are some cutting edge tools being shared through out the alternative medical field on alternative ways to check the body for accurate heavy metal load. As these develop we will share them here at the Sacred Backyard.

One foundational piece of information is to  make sure your Urine PH is b/t 6.4-7.0 while doing a heavy metal detox. This ensures the metals are being released and excreted properly. Otherwise if the body is in an acid state it can cause more issues and actually drive the metals further into the fatty tissues. The metals hold on tight, the body has intelligence and when it is properly supported with nutrition it will release the metals in a graceful flow.

For now let’s start with the first detoxification pathway which is the skin. Being our largest organ we have to eliminate toxins we can utilize this to our advantage in a heavy metal detox protocol. Here are some great ways to do this:

  • Far Infrared Sauna – very important done at least twice a week for about 50 minutes each session.
  • Rebounding (until the point of exerting a sweat. usually over 30 minute session)
  • Hot/Cold Showers with skin brush stimulation
  • Activities where we perspire like yoga, tai chi etc.

Next we want to ingest plant materials that help the body get rid of metals. Which plant substances are most beneficial here?

  • Broken Cell Wall Chlorella (from a clean reputable source) – One of your best allies in detoxing metals. The nutrition profile of chlorella is off the charts with bio-available proteins, beta-carotene and nucleic acids. Do some research to learn more.images
  • A Quality Greens mix with Grasses in it like Barley and Wheat Grasses
  • Noni Fruit Powder
  • Green Tea extracts (preferably one with the least fluoride contamination)

Next we want to introduce chelating agents to the body to gently and effectively mobilize the metals from the tissues and pull it out through the bowels.  Here we can use:

  • EDTA suppositories such as Medicardium
  • Cilantro juiced or blended in a shake
  • High quality clay like Bentonite or Zeolite
  • Supplements with FOS and other green powder supplements specific for heavy metal chelating to pull metals out safely

Before, During and After a Heavy Metal Cleanse we can supplement and support the body with nourishing  nutrition/tools such as:

  • B Vitamins in a bioavailable format
  • Minerals like Quinton, Phour Salts and other Greens mixtures
  • Coffee enemas with two days b/t each to flush out the metals and move any stagnant bile. Two days b/t for electrolyte homeostasis
  • Vitamin C
  • Castor oil packing areas that feel weak during this cleanse is a great idea. For example if the kidneys require support or perhaps the liver. Sometimes the large intestine can be targeted and you would keep the pack in place for a solid 60 minutes with a heating pad.
  • Mudpacking the dowload areas and the major key organs is essential. Best to do this over a weeks span or longer. Each day a mudpack is done a mineral foot bath is important for getting rid of released toxins.

images-2Making sure the bowels are moving and clear is very important. A great way to ensure this is with colonics or a colon cleanse prior to the heavy metal detox.

A gradual pace over several years is the best way to alleviate the body of heavy metal exposure. It takes time for the body to release these without causing stress on the system.  Other ways to protect ourselves from radiation and daily metal exposure is to:

  1. Wear some type of pendant that protects you from harmful emf’s.
  2. Green Tea ND ( a formulation by Dr. Marshall) This taken in water each day especially before flying will protect the cells from radiation.
  3. Supplement with high quality sea weeds daily to protect the thyroid.
  4. Consume your Green Drink Daily
  5. Ingest high quality clays daily
  6. Supplement with glutathione

As far as nutrition goes it is important to not fast during a heavy metal cleanse but rather get bio-available protein into the system. The body requires protein at this time to repair and support the body processes. Good quality fats from DHA is a great adjunct as well as cultured vegetables to keep the immune system strong and well.

**By clearing heavy metals from the body you will be getting to the root of certain issues. Things like circulation, inflammation, candida can all be heavy influenced by a burden of too many metals in the body.  Mercury is one of the most dangerous metals and their is an abundance of information on the internet about mercury poisoning. Getting rid of your amalgam fillings if you have ever had them is foundational before clearing metals. It must be done using a certain protocol such as The Huggins Protocol so that your body is not exposed further to mercury.

A Few Things Your Doctor Won’t Tell You.

How can we take responsibility for our own health? What are some things we can do at home that will keep us healthy and thriving. With fall here and winter approaching we want to make sure our immune system is operating optimally.

Most Conventional Doctor’s treat the symptoms not the root of the dis-ease. With this being said, we are usually given an antibiotic to treat the symptom.  What I have found since studying 21st Century Medicine or QRA is that once we get to the root cause we can live an incredible life.images

So, what if instead our Doctor’s first checked our urine PH? Now that’s a concept for ya to ponder.  If an infection is present we can be sure our ph will be off. This PH is a huge clue as to the state of health or dis-ease of our human body. Even more importantly is the first morning’s urine PH and our bodies ability to hold that consistently each and every morning.

~Fun Fact: Ph stands for Potential or the Power of Hydrogen.

Doctor’s do often take urine samples but not necessarily to check this valuable indicator of our health. Our PH mean so many things to the optimal functioning of our human vessel.

First and foremost our goal is a PH between 6.4-7.0 each morning upon rising for the day. This would be after 5am or when we wake for the day, not when we awake in the middle of the night.  Before we have put anything in our bodies we check our first morning urine ph to discover the health of our mineral levels.  We take a small piece of PH paper that you can get at just about any health food store and put it in the stream of your urine. You could also collect your urine and dip the strip this way.

Next you check the ph chart against your urine sample to see where you are at.

Too Acid: Below 6.4, and usually yellow in color on the test strip, which means we do not have sufficient minerals in the system to keep our ph in healthy range. We are in a deficit which puts us in a state of Acidosis.  In an acid state we are not functioning to our highest ability and create lots of stress and work for our body system.

Too Alkaline: This means we are buffering our own mineral reserves and is a sign that we are taking mineral from our own tissue and could be in bone loss.

When the first morning urine ph is acidic our bodies may not have the ability to take in minerals effectively. This means when we eat we could eat all the most mineral rich foods but until we correct this imbalance many of these nutrients go right though us. Once we correct this challenge instead of loads of nutrition we will only require a thimble full of nutrition to keep the body happy and healthy.

images-1How can we correct our first morning Urine PH? There are many things to consider here. The number 1 consideration is our outlook on life and our thoughts. If we have a peaceful way about us our PH is naturally more alkaline. Similarly acidic thoughts bring acidic results.  We can also consider our environment. We are made up of the same minerals that the sun and moon are made up of. The Moon is very alkalinizing for the body. As you can see on the left side bar of the blog I keep a log of how far or close we are to the full moon. The Hunter’s Full Moon is soon upon us. This is a great way to absorb alkaline minerals in our body.  Sleeping outside and facing the moon can benefit a woman’s reproductive system greatly. Or just enjoy being outdoors on the night of the full moon. The sun is acidic between the hours of 11am-3pm. Do your best to get the natural rays of the sun before or after this time. Either way a good zinc lotion can protect you midday. Enjoy the Sun.

Next we can ask ourselves,  “Are we getting enough mineral rich foods?” Do we have quality super food sources to ensure high resonant nutrition? What can help my PH?

One of my favorite drinks to make and consume is Electrolyte Lemonade. This beverage will assist in alkalinizing your body and replenish minerals.

  1. Fresh Squeezed OG Lemons
  2. Fresh Pressed OG Ginger Juice
  3. 1 tsp. Pink Salt
  4. 1 to 2 ounces Raw Cold Pressed Aloe with no fillers or Fresh Aloe Fillet
  5. Unheated Truly Raw Honey or Stevia to taste. Many honeys will say raw but unless it says unheated it is just like eating sugar.
  6. 32 ounces spring water/high quality water or coconut water kefir.

Take these ingredients and blend in blend tec. Add ice if desired and ENJOY!images-2

Other Helpful Tools for Optimal PH: Super Foods such as Chlorella & Spirulina, Raw OG Apple Cider Vinegar, Microgreens, Vegetables and Marine Coral Calcium from Whole Minerals such as those from Premier Research Labs or a product called Phoursalts can be very useful.

What if we are doing this and we still can not achieve an alkaline morning urine ph?

We can try supplementing with Magnesium Glycinate and Transdermal Magnesium. Often we as a people are deficient in this crucial mineral. If we still have a challenge with our PH we might look at our teeth next. Here we would test our teeth with Quantum Reflex Analysis or see a Natural Drug Free Dentist to find any interference fields with our teeth. We could have a dead tooth and not know it, mercury fillings or infected teeth or gums could play a major role in hindering the first morning urine ph.  A great protocol for healthy teeth has been mentioned in past posts. However in short my recommendation is the following:

  • Probiotics specific to the teeth (a few times a week open probioitcs in mouth and let innoculate for 10 minutes before drinking or eating anything, best if you brush your teeth first).
  • Use a tongue scraper daily
  • Brush gums with a dry natural toothbrush each morning. Utilize a high quality combo of essential oils for gum health on brush.
  • Floss twice daily with unwaxed floss and coat floss with antibacterial essential oils.
  • Brush gently with clays, natural tooth powders made of bicarbonite
  • Rinse mouth with sea salt daily
  • Store tooth brush and tooth tools in a glass cup of hydrogen peroxide. Change liquid every 24 hours
  • Coconut oil or Sesame oil pulling a few times a week will pull bacteria out. Discard in trash.

If you have an interference field in the mouth sedating optimal ph you may benefit from a dental mud pack. This would help to clear the IF field.  Neem oil and Neem bark could also help to recover energy flow to the tooth. Sometimes a Dentist is required but being as self sufficient as possible when it comes to our health is best. Preventative care is best.images

Next we might have another scar or trauma on the body sedating the healthy ph of our bodies. This is best checked by a QRA Practitioner.

It took a long time to put the body in a state of Acidosis so it will take some time to re-build mineral reserves and keep a steady, consistent ph. The reward once achieved is like a new lease on life. Your outlook, your health and your life in general will greatly improve. I believe that the health and wellness of our body will correlate to the health and richness we experience in our external world. As we become nutrient rich creatures we experience a rich, fulfilling life externally.

So, to recap the most foundational thing we can do for ourselves is check our first morning’s urine ph, do what it takes to correct imbalances and take responsibility for our lives.  This will give us an indicator if we are running acidic or alkaline. Beyond this it tells us if we have plenty of minerals to allow our body to work its miracles and stay healthy throughout the seasons.

How to Do a Safe & Effective Liver Gallbladder Flush.

Yes, we are back to the subject of our beloved Liver’s and Gallbladders. Yes it is that time of year again for me and maybe for you too.

I have experimented with different liver flushes and I can say that this past one was one of the smoothest ever. Here are the reasons:

1. I prepared with a couple months of Gold Coin Grass Herb Tincture.images

2. I did my castor oil packs on the kidneys, liver and then repeated over the kidneys after the flush.

3. I made sure I was well hydrated and I had plenty of minerals and transdermal magnesium throughout the process.

4. I performed several coffee enemas leading up to the flush and after the oil. I will explain this key part in just a bit! This did a world of good for making sure I did not feel sick later in the night.

5. I made sure the bile ducts of the gallbladder were open by taking Billiven so that the stones could pass thru with ease.

6. I made sure to eat a clean simple diet with out fat the day before and day of with only peeled organic apples on the flush day. Blended room temperature foods are a great idea at least 1 week prior to flushing. Ex: Raw/Organic Green Superfood Smoothies and Blended Nutrient Rich Soups at room temp keep the liver warm.

Okay, so let’s go thru each of these steps. First things first when you prepare adequately for the flush you can be sure to receive the most bang for your flush.  I recommend Gallbladder ND which you can order from me if you’d like.   This can be taking for 4-6 weeks prior to your flush. I actually did 2 tsps for 3 months and wow I feel it was a huge help. This has the potent Gold Coin Grass Herb in it. This does alot to soften up the stones.

Next we want to get some high quality castor oil that is from a clean source.  You will utilize the organic flannel and saturate the flannel with the oil. Then you will put this over the kidneys for 1 hour. Wrap with an old towel and heating pad.  Keeping the kidneys happy and healthy before during and after the flush is a must.  I also recommend cleaning the kidneys out with something like RenaVen. Renaven will take care of parasites, heavy metals and other unwanted toxins that may be stuck in the kidney. We want these valuable organs to be functioning properly before the flush.

We also want to castor oil pack the liver a couple times before the flush. I especially like to do this the day before the actual flush.  Leave it on for an hour as well with the heating pad.  Skip a day in between each organ when doing castor oil packs. It is a highly effective procedure although it seems simple and like much is not happening. It can be very detoxifying. Be sure to throw out the used flannel after each use.

Next we want to be doing our coffee enemas with high integrity coffee and some bile opening herbs. We can open a few caps of billiven into the enema. Do a couple enemas leading up to the days of the flush. Make sure your electrolyte balance is in check with fresh coconut water kefir, bio availiable minerals and mineral rich juices. This will make things much easier as you go thru the flush. I also recommend getting a bottle of transdermal magnesium and spray on through out the flushing experience to keep magnesium levels up.

Before the oil we want to take in some epsom salts to clear the GI tract. Some say this is important others say it is a burden on the kidneys. I do 1 tbs. an hour before the flush starts in 1/2 cup warm water. I also take a high water enema to make sure all is clear for the stones.

Next I like to follow the protocol that Dr. Marshall suggest of 4 spaced doses of oil at 15 minute increments(3-4tbs depending on your body size). This will allow for more stones to exit stage left:)  Or at least that is the idea.  You will add herbs, first two doses get something called hyssop and the last two doses get hyssop with parastat. The first to oil sessions have probably started to get some parasites out of hiding and then we come in with parastat on the next two oil doses. You will use lemon or grapefruit to take with each oil dose. I took two enzymes with the last oil dose to ensure the fat was digested. That is a lot of oil for one person.

I like to do the oil flush in the middle of the day around 2pm.  Then 30 minutes after your last dose of oil have a coffee enema already prepared in the bathroom awaiting your arrival. This is so key to maximize the flush benefits. I used to wait till the day after to do this step but wow does this assist the whole process to go much more smooth. After this I get a hot bath going with Medi body Bath or whatever mineral rich salt soak you have available. This will replenish minerals lost during the coffee enema. Once you get out of the bath apply more magnesium oil to the body and whatever essential oil most suits you. This time it was blue chamomile for me.  Next get back into bed and continue to rest.  Apply a castor oil pack to the liver if you wish.

If you feel okay to start drinking fluids after several hours go for it. If not remain resting. The next day you can do more epsom salts if you feel you require it. I always like to do a coffee enema to make sure all has moved out.  Next you can take a cleansing beverage of  the following:

Heirloom Tomato or Premier Tomato Concentrate in Water3529-1

Organic Celery stalks -2

1-2 tbs of the premiere olive oil

1 -2 capsule of premier turmeric

1-2 caps allicidin or fresh raw garlic

Blend well in your vitamix.

This can help further clear putrid matter from the GI tract.

You can then go about your day and rest as you require it.

Note: Best to do the flush around the new moon. The Full Moon can be quite intense as this is the time where the moon has a magnified effect on us.  It also is the time parasites come out more than the new moon.  It can be intense on the full moon. Use your own intuition here.

How Do You Repair the Body After Birth Control, Antibiotics or Hormone Replacement Therapy?

So what do you do now? These different antibiotics and synthetic drugs can create detrimental effects on the body.  The good news is every problem has a solution.

One of the main challenges with birth control is it seriously depletes the bodies Vitamin B6 levels.  This is a huge player when it comes to the health and well being of your gallbladder which translates to healthy digestion, skin and hair.

When the body is depleted of its Vitamin B6 levels because of birth control, antibiotics, HRT  and even recreational drugs the gallbladder can no longer hold the bile salts in suspension. What are the Crucial Nutrient Needs of the Body?

I feel like this is a great question to ask ourselves? When we think about eating to live not living to eat we can really start to ask our body what it requires for fuel.  For starter’s we require 5 hours of non interrupted sleep per night as well as fresh, clean air to breathe.

With 5 hours of sleep non stop we can be sure our adrenals have gotten to replenish and renew. If we can also get to bed by no later than 10pm we ensure our Growth Hormones have time to get repairing and renewing our cells, replenishing the system and utilizing amino acids to heal the body.

I think that one of the first things we can all agree on is the basic need for water. The best water as I have wrote in past posts is that of spring water. Spring water is living and it is full of minerals, it gives us true hydration. It also is holding a cleaner and purer energy signature. Water that goes thru a pipe leading to the kitchen sink is often corroded and moldy. Beyond that tap water is just lethal in my humble opinion. With fluroide, pesticides, herbicides, chemical residues, pharmaceutical drugs being thrown into the water system..yikes! it’s really best to live in a place where you are either on your own well or spring water.

Next would be a good quality Salt. Pink Salt will be your best friend from this day forth! Those that have the preconceived notion that salt is harmful to the body it depends on the type of salt. If you are taking in modern table salt that has been processed well you can bet it will lead to a slew of health challenges. However true mineralize, pink salt will lean the body out, hydrate it and keep your electrolytes in balance. It is an outstanding nutrient for anyone’s health quest. About 1 tsp. a day can do wonders for chronic ailments in the body!

Next we have our beloved Essential Fatty Acids.  EFA’s that are clean and fresh will oil this machine we call our bodies.  We must be very careful when choosing EFA’s to nourish the cells.  Look for oil that is in a dark ultra-violet bottle, glass or non toxic plastic. Most oils out there have gone rancid before you even open the bottle. Be conscious of this to ensure proper fuel for your brain, nerves and tissues. I love DHA oil from algae. It is a vegan source of oil that literally is a God sent. It tastes outstanding and you can just feel how the brain and body suck it up with gratitude!

Let’s now turn to our beloved mineral kingdom. We require minerals from our water and from our foods. But what if our food supply is very depleted of these minerals? What is our next step? Finding an incredible source of coral minerals would be a step in the right direction. If you kidneys are compromised in any way you will want to receive your minerals from green grasses. Find yourself a great source of green powder consisting of barley, alfalfa and wheat grass etc.  A couple tablespoons a day in fresh aloe puree will ensure the minerals get delivered to the cells. This will give you that optimal ph so that your body is in healing mode not fight or flight.  When the body hovers at the ph range of  about 6.4-7.0 we can ensure we have adequate minerals.  At this point we require only a small amount of super nutrition in order to quench the cell’s thirst for proper nutrition.

How can we Experience Optimal Digestion?

The body is a miraculous gift, it speaks to us all the time by giving us messages. When it comes to digestion we might ask ourselves the quality question…”Am I digesting powerfully?” “How does my digestion effect my results in life?”

When we are digesting powerfully we are often getting powerful results in life. If we are experiencing weak digestion this often reflects in a weak life experience. Everything is truly connected. Chewing completely and fully is one step in the direction of powerful digestion & a powerful life.

How can we love ourselves enough to heal the digestive issues that arise? First and foremost our awareness during meal time is of importance. It allows us to connect with our body at the cellular level and to know when we are truly satiated. The more self love we choose to embody the better off our physical body becomes.  We begin to get in tune with why we are eating. Is it an emotional issue? Are we dehydrated? Or are we truly hungry? We begin to shed light on the subject and bring about solutions to our digestive challenges.

Here are some signals that digestion may be off:

  • Burping
  • Gas
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
  • acne
  • hair loss
  • weight gain
  • heart burn
  • ulcers
  • candida

These are just a few signals and with a few tips we can be well on our way to powerfully digesting our food.

First and foremost as we age our ability to create Hydrochloric Acid tends to dissipate. One way to really ensure our stomach is burning up the food we ingest is to make sure it is creating plenty of HCL. HCL is like a wood burning stove. If we keep the kindling slow, constant and steady we have a beautiful burning wood fire. The body appreciates this because the hcl will keep viruses, bacteria, fungi and mycotoxins at bay. When we eat the little critters that end up in our food be it from food handling or just from nature it is the HCL that assists the body to neutralize these bugs. Ways that we can increase our HCL naturally would be to:

  1. Eat only when truly hungry (make sure we are not just thirsty for water)
  2. Enjoy plenty of green smoothies (3/4 blender full of wild greens preferably and then a small amount of fruit)
  3. Enjoy a few teaspoons per day of Raw, Organic, Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar.
  4. Supplement with True Betaine Hydrochloride (non gmo beet derived)
  5. Eat and enjoy living plant based foods as well as cultured foods
  6. Eat until 3/4 the way full giving plenty of room for digestive juices to work

Here are just a few tools we can use to optimize our digestive juices. We can literally turn back the clocks by supplementing with Betaine Hydrochloric Acid or HCL. It assists our bodies to utilize the nutrients we are consuming.  It will also assist to balance out the friendly flora in the gut and keep a healthy bone metabolism in check. HCL is a powerful detoxifier.   If we choose to supplement with HCL we would want to take it at the end of our meals.

One way to really see how much we are aging scientifically speaking is how many methyl groups we are losing in the cells. Typically we lose about 1800 methyl groups per day when eating cooked food, this is a great way to age quick and lose 1/3 of your life span. If we eat raw foods only we will lose about 1200 methyl groups per day. With Digestive enzymes and HCL we can actually lose less than 1200 methyl groups per day.

We want to eat our food in the most bio-available forms and powerfully digest our food. Our digestion begins when we smell or think about eating. Our enzymes activate in the saliva. When we begin to chew our food we pre-signaturize the food and prepare the body for assimilation. Chewing until we have a liquid in our mouth is a great way to properly digest.

When we eat with true awareness and send gratitude and love to the food we can change its chemical structure creating an opportunity for healthier digestion. Master Liver Gallbladder Flush

It is amazing to note that our Liver’s perform the great job of over 600 functions in our bodies. It is my innerstanding that our Liver and Gallbladder require cleansing and rejuvenation a few times a year. Whether or not your diet is “spot on” (it has been noted by great Natural Doctor’s, such as Dr. Gabriel Cousen’s of the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center  & Dr. Bob Marshall of Premiere Research Labs) that even in these individuals toxic substances are in fact in the body and are released from doing a flush of these organs. It is important to note that our environment and emotions play a role in the bodies health and well being.

In Taoist Yoga the liver represents the Wood Element and it resonates with the Spring Season,  a wonderful time to cleanse.  The gallbladder is the associated organ. The emotions of the liver on the positive side are Kindness and Generosity. The negative emotions are Anger and Frustration.  The sound of the Liver is the Shhhhh  sound.  To heal and restore the liver breathing  green light into that organ allows for it to heal. Imagine the green light of the liver over flowing into the gallbladder. Now blow out any black color or toxin while creating the Shhhh sound.  This is a vital component to healing the liver and gall bladder meridians.

A great healing affirmation for our liver could be: Love and Peace and Joy are what I know.

A great healing affirmation for the gallbladder might be: There is joyous release of the past. Life is sweet and so am I.

This upcoming weekend I will be performing a flush of these two organs.  I have experienced several flushes and find that Dr. Bob Marshall’s program is of the highest quality. Dr. Cousen’s adovcates his program as well, he uses the ortho-phos drops which I am not a big advocate of, but do what works for you.

My main protocol goes along side Dr. Bob Marshall’s approach and Dr. Gabriel Cousen’s with a few “tweeks” of my own.

For the last 4 weeks I have been preparing my Liver and Gallbladder with a morning elixir drink consisting of Gall bladder Nano Detox and Liver Nano Detox. These products contain healthy micro flora as well as Gold Coin Grass and Nanized Tumeric.  Other supplements include: Gallbladder complex and Paracidin.

The reason for the preparation is to soften the stones in the gallbladder so they pass easy and effortlessly.

Other preparations have been Coffee enemas and Castor Oil Packs on the Liver and Gallbladder as well as the Kidneys.

Staying Alkaline during this time is highly beneficial and adopting a raw vegan lifestyle is a great idea.

Plant Medicine Cocktail

The last few morning’s I have been inspired to make this incredibly bio-available cocktail utilizing fresh aloe filet and locally grown citrus to make a soothing cocktail for the digestive tract, colon and for all body systems/fluids.  I blend this in the vitamix on high to create a froth. Then shoot it back. The minerals, vitamins and enzymes present in this cocktail are so incredible and create long lasting energy in the system. Enjoy!

5 squeezed blood oranges

1 tbs msm omica brand

1 tbs medi aminos pr labs

blend on high until froth is created, give thanks then taste a bit on the tongue to pre-signaturize the medicine. Body is ready to intake the medicine. Enjoy.

In light of the radioactive plume via Japan I feel it is a great idea to be  mindful of super herbs and foods that can counteract this effect. Along with tektite and my imploded white rose gold pendant to protect my aura and bio field I also integrating a nutritional protocol.

Be mindful of produce in California over the next few weeks consider soaking produce in a solution of pristine water with bentonite clay. Above all meditate, stay connected to your source and live in the moment with abundance, love and gratitude enjoying each moment to the fullest.
