The Ancient Power of the 5 Tibetan Rites

The 5 Tibetan Rites were introduced to me thru Jennifer Kries an amazing Pilates Instructor in New York City. With a true magical power these rites have uplifted many souls and even allowed them to progress on their highest path.  The effects they have on the body systems are astounding and some say they are “The Fountain of Youth.”

Each Rite gives an energy wash and cleanse to the Chakra system as well as the Endocrine glands. As this occurs the hormones come into balance and the kidney’s get vibrational energy from the heavens & the earth. This creates an increase of Jing in the body. With our essence nourished & our kidneys supported we feel a sense of inner peace & a feeling of security.

The rites provide the body with energy, vitality and clarity of mind. As we code our bodies on a cellular level with the Rites we begin to feel & see there effects in our lives.

I enjoy doing these movements on the earth for the grounding quality the land offers us.  We can associate the rites with the elements and the spirit around us.  With Reverence we can open up to their innate power.

Below are pictures of each Rite:

  1. Thank Your Dodhisattva!

This post is VERY inspiring and I look forward to doing this practice with you VERY soon!

  2. I have been doing the rites for some 20 odd years. They are awesome. Spectacular. If you can spend about 20 minutes every day with the rites and shavasana after that, your body will be strong and powerful. You will also be happy from the core. Additionally, you will look young and feel vital. The rites are brilliant.
