Enemas

How to Do a Coffee Enema Safely & Effectively.

The purpose of a coffee enema is to clean the fluids that surround our cells.  When the cells are surrounded in toxins and are oxygen deprived they can not function properly.  I think of a coffee enema as a form of blood dialysis along the stomach lining. The reason being that the blood filters through our liver about every 3 minutes. Coffee enemas held for 12-15 minutes at a time offer a therapeutic treatment to the body allowing for the release of blood toxins and the opportunity for clean, oxygenated and purified blood.

When doing a coffee enema it is best that the colon is cleaned out. If you are fasting then you can probably just preform the coffee enema without a challenge, however  if you are not you could start with a simple water enema to make sure feces in the lower colon are expelled so that you can hold the coffee in for a therapeutic amount of time.

I suggest getting some high quality green coffee extract or find a reputable free trade, organic coffee that is not overly roasted. When I worked on a sustainable, organic coffee farm on the islands I experienced the bounty and the healing nature of the coffee tree.  If the coffee is high roasted it can actually have negative effects instead of what nature intended which are the phyto chemicals to be intact in the coffee which makes it a  healing and detoxifying gift from Mother Earth. This makes it possible for the liver and gastro intestinal system to download information from the coffee in order to clean the blood.

So now that you have your high quality coffee you will require an enema bucket or bag. I prefer a bucket so that powerful herbs can be added to the coffee.  Some herbs I enjoy utilizing are parasite herbs or things like wild garlic and noni powder. This allows for a deeper cleaning. The coffee alone is a great cleanser and in time you may want to experiment with herb infusions. Another idea is to add liquid minerals because doing a lot of coffee enemas can cause mineral depletion.  I like to add them in or take some orally after my enema.

Take 2-3 tbs. of Ground Coffee and add to 1/2 quart of water. I let this heat to just about boiling. Then I cover and let sit for 10-20 minutes. Then strain this and add another 1/2 quart of clean water. The reason I do this is the water is then at a warm temp and not too hot or too cold. You want the water to be a comfortable temperature otherwise hot water could damage the colon.

You are now ready to pour the coffee into your bucket or bag. Prepare your bathroom by laying down a bath mat and then a towel.  Set a timer  for 12-15 minutes. If you don’t make it the length of that time it’s okay, over time you will.  You can also do the enema in two portions allowing each portion to sit in the colon for 10 minutes.

I like to lubricate the tip of the hose with coconut oil.  Hang your bucket or bag on the towel rack. You do not want to put your coffee enema bag or bucket too high like in a water enema as this is not a high water enema. We want the coffee to slowly enter the body and so the towel rack height is perfect. Then allow the coffee to enter the colon. With your bum up in the air and your head to the ground you will have a safe and effective fluid flow.  Once all the liquid is in your body lie down with your legs curled up on your right side. Lay there for about 5 minutes, then roll to your left side for about 5 minutes then lay on your back for 5 if you can.

Sometimes you will be able to here the bile gurgle a bit. This is a good sign as the bile ducts are opening and creating more fluid.

If you feel the need to release at anytime or feel any signs of discomfort go ahead, sit on the toilet and let go.  This is not to be a painful experience but a pleasant one. Put on some relaxing music meditate, sing or express yourself however you like.

Follow Up on the Liver Gall Bladder Flush

Today is the day after the liver gall bladder flush. It was a very successful flush.  A few notes about the flush I added equal parts of organic fresh pressed grapefruit to the oil and hyssop herb mixture. It made it much more palatable as well as using a glass straw that was great for mixing the potion and getting it back.  I recommend only using Premiere Research Labs olive oil unless you are really sure the oil you are getting is of top quality. Pr Labs oil tests on all 4 bio field polarities of the body. Beyond that it is cold pressed, not-solvent extracted and hexane free. It is also nitrogen flushed to maintain its integrity and freshness.

Another thing I added was the beet derived HCL with the first dose to ensure no nausea.  I think that sometimes if the esophagus is open then bile can seep into the stomach which is what makes us feel sick. The HCL assisted to close that area off.

I did feel nauseous after the second 8pm epsom salt drink.

By 12:30pm I was passing gallstones. I was up for a few hours.

This morning I did a coffee enema using the green coffee from S.A. Wilson and then followed up with a high water enema to ensure everything was out.  Later it will be important for me to do a castor oil pack on the kidneys. The kidneys have taken on some of the work load today so to clear them this will be great.   I kept it light this morning with some fresh pressed green juice with plenty of parsley to support the kidneys.  Then a healing soup for the liver. Then a smoothie around 2pm. Dinner will be a large salad with sprouted quinoa.

I feel incredible today. My mental clarity and emotional state is really even.  It is amazing what you let go after  clearing this stagnant energy that has been in the body for years.  It is a time of celebration!!!! What a feat.

NOTE: A few things that really were great were the affirmations like: There is joyous release of the past. Life is sweet and so am I.

And also recognizing the SHHHHH sound of the liver and deeply breathing in that green light to the liver/gallbladder points.

Well Happy Sunday Everybody! If you have any comments or questions about the liver flush please write me. I am always open to hear anyone’s tips as well.

Master Liver Gallbladder Flush

It is amazing to note that our Liver’s perform the great job of over 600 functions in our bodies. It is my innerstanding that our Liver and Gallbladder require cleansing and rejuvenation a few times a year. Whether or not your diet is “spot on” (it has been noted by great Natural Doctor’s, such as Dr. Gabriel Cousen’s of the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center  & Dr. Bob Marshall of Premiere Research Labs) that even in these individuals toxic substances are in fact in the body and are released from doing a flush of these organs. It is important to note that our environment and emotions play a role in the bodies health and well being.

In Taoist Yoga the liver represents the Wood Element and it resonates with the Spring Season,  a wonderful time to cleanse.  The gallbladder is the associated organ. The emotions of the liver on the positive side are Kindness and Generosity. The negative emotions are Anger and Frustration.  The sound of the Liver is the Shhhhh  sound.  To heal and restore the liver breathing  green light into that organ allows for it to heal. Imagine the green light of the liver over flowing into the gallbladder. Now blow out any black color or toxin while creating the Shhhh sound.  This is a vital component to healing the liver and gall bladder meridians.

A great healing affirmation for our liver could be: Love and Peace and Joy are what I know.

A great healing affirmation for the gallbladder might be: There is joyous release of the past. Life is sweet and so am I.

(The above affirmations are taken from Louise Haye’s, “You Can Heal Your Life.”)

If you choose to do a liver/gallbladder flush the above affirmations and sounds with color healing are wonderful techniques to incorporate into the healing system.

This upcoming weekend I will be performing a flush of these two organs.  I have experienced several flushes and find that Dr. Bob Marshall’s program is of the highest quality. Dr. Cousen’s adovcates his program as well, he uses the ortho-phos drops which I am not a big advocate of, but do what works for you.

My main protocol goes along side Dr. Bob Marshall’s approach and Dr. Gabriel Cousen’s with a few “tweeks” of my own.

For the last 4 weeks I have been preparing my Liver and Gallbladder with a morning elixir drink consisting of Gall bladder Nano Detox and Liver Nano Detox. These products contain healthy micro flora as well as Gold Coin Grass and Nanized Tumeric.  Other supplements include: Gallbladder complex and Paracidin.

The reason for the preparation is to soften the stones in the gallbladder so they pass easy and effortlessly.

Other preparations have been Coffee enemas and Castor Oil Packs on the Liver and Gallbladder as well as the Kidneys.

Staying Alkaline during this time is highly beneficial and adopting a raw vegan lifestyle is a great idea.

Take good care of your Organs and Remember Smiling to your Organs is highly beneficial at reducing stress and maintaining health and longevity.  The more we send communication to the organs that things are okay and all is well thru the inner smile of the Taoist Yoga approach we activate the true healing of the body. Do this anytime you are feeling stress or anxiety and breath long, slow and deep!

Please Note: If you do not have a gall bladder flushing is still important and highly beneficial to the Liver.  The liver has taken on an extra work load!

Enemas for Radiant Health

I have spent a couple of years going and having colonics done by a well trained professional. This was a luxurious treatment and really I had no idea how easy it was to do it yourself with an enema bag for much less cost. Beyond that you are gaining more innerstanding of your own body mechanics and becoming more self-sufficient when it comes to healing your body.

What I have found is that both are incredible processes both giving astounding results. My colonics were performed utilizing an open system with oxygen therapy as well as probiotic implant administered at the end.

Now, however, I have decided to start a series of different enema’s at home to see what kind of results I get. In the last two weeks I have done a Raw Apple Cider Vinegar Distilled Water Enema with a 2 quart enema bag: 2 Tbs. ACV : 2 Quarts of Water. I administer the enema solution and with my face to the ground and butt up in the area the water flows like a high enema into the colon working as the number ONE solvent. I lay down on my right side and massage my stomach and abdomen. There are pressure points on the hands along the palms that when worked during this process will assist the body’s organs to eliminate waste. I then jump up and down to dislodge old fecal matter that has been lodged in the intestinal system. After around 10 to 15 minutes I purge the waste into the toilet and allow myself atleast 15 minutes to have 4 bowel movements or so. At this point you are then ready to do an implant enema. If at this point you feel your bowels are not cleaned out administer another enema of water and apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar words off unwanted virus and bacteria and is a wonderful cleansing agent. This will also help with allergies, asthma or clogged sinuses. I also enjoy substituting Organic fresh squeezed Lemon juice for the ACV to balance the ph of the intestinal tract. After this I enjoy either a coffee enema to detoxify the liver or I go for a wheatgrass implant or probiotic implant. As you experiment with different implants you will find what your body requires at any given time.

Enjoy your enema’s and Be Well!
